Refund and Returns Policy
At Priyankur Fashion Hub, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy is drafted in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant e-commerce guidelines in India.
1. Return Window
We accept returns of unused and unwashed products within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Valid Grounds for Return
Returns are strictly accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is physically damaged or defective.
- The wrong size was sent from our end (Priyankur Fashion Hub).
Please note: Returns for size issues will not be entertained if the correct size ordered was delivered.
3. Mandatory 360-Degree Opening Video
Strict Requirement: To be eligible for a return, customers must record a continuous, unedited 360-degree opening video of the parcel starting from the sealed state. This is required to verify any damage or missing items. Without this video, no return or refund requests will be processed.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Jurisdiction
All return and refund disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the NCT of Delhi, India.
